I have a hp laptop model no. dv 2401 tu. Due to manufacturing defect my LCD screen frame got cracked on backside. When i went to service center they are telling it physical damage and not changing the panel. Same problem happened with with hp nx 7300 model and they had changed that but they are not changing my model.
