Defected peice of laptop sold

I purchased this laptop 3 years back costing me Rs61, 000.For the first year, i.e. within the guarantee period it worked out fine, but just towards the end its performance started deteriorating. The Hp service center helped me deal with the problem. I got an extented warrenty for the laptop done. But since then I have faced troubles like hell. The laptop gives problem every second week. Four times in a month the motherboard stopped working. I had to take it to the center every time. Sometimes the conditions were so bad that the laptop showed full performance in the center and once I reached home, the laptop just wouldn't open (no display). The service center can't do anything to help me. They just correct the defect and sends it back. The correction lasts for a week or two. If I face the problem every Second week and the serveice center people keep the laptop for a week or so for the correction can anyone tell me how am I supposed to do my work on the Laptop. Then there are problems of data back-ups. I have faced the problem for two long years. And working on it has given me no result. I informed the Hp headquarters but with no response. I am helpleass now.
