Delay of services

From last one month i diposite my laptop at HP service centre (Elite Business Machine (p) Ltd. Noida to replace display penal of laptop. After call them several time there is no any positive responce from service centre. Now after one month as per them part is not avialble in india & may be it will take one month more to rectify the problem. Display penal is allmost same for all laptops i didn't understand how this thing is not in the company stock . this is second time for bad experience with HP .This time I am plan to go to consumer court for this poor services.
