Not able to open the site

Hi, my name is Prabhakar and i have paid the money for registration and i was not at all happy about the service... And when i complained about the same the response was to be patient... but it has been almost two years that i have not experence of getting any orders... The worst is that now iam not able to even access the website at all... i wanted to know what is the issue...
