HP/laptop Model no. Dv2214 Tu
Delay in issue of T.V Tuner card

Hello sir,

My name is Ashish Govil and I have puchased a H.P Laptop on

27th march & got a free T.V Tunner card. I submit all

the relevent documents by post on 29/3/07 but after about 1month i got

no reply fron them, then after that my Dad went to Hp's head office on

14/5/07 situated at okhla phase-1 and submitted the documents by hand

to Miss Aiswarya madam and the cheqeue which i have given them is

cashed on 29/6/07 and from then to now i have called them so many

times and their response is almost negligible to me. Every time i

call them they gave me two or three weeks time. My T.V. tuner code is

LAY32WAVOI S my Laptop is DV 2214 with serial no. 2ce7070qsb

Sir please look after my problem, i will be very grateful to you
