Charger problem

I am praveen kumar verma ..from globsyn business school..kolKATA..SALT LAKE CITY SECTOR 5..

WE..have given... laptops from institute itself... and right now..i have been using this laptop... for more than a year... institute administration ..provides... on site... solutions ..regarding..laptops..

now there is a problem with charger..which ..i have given to institute..more than one month ago... and continiously... they are saying ..that..till now..they haven't received any spare parts...

i am extremely disssatisfied... with ..the technical support..from hp... please... as soon as possible..solve... this problem...
