I had taken an extended warranty of my product. As my wifi and sound is not working i am suffering the problem from last 4months only the reason explained to me is PART (MOTHERBOARD) is not coming

Its high time for me the company is not giving any response. I had tried at their customer cares also but their is no one who can speak for a issue only reply is coming that officer is busy. Also at their service centres misbehaviour is done. Please help me as their is no one in Hp who can help for customers.
