Very Poor Service in Rectifying Fault

Our Printer/Scanner/Fax (all-in-one) machine HP Laser Jet M1522nf is out of order since December 19.

We had registered a complaint vide no.2604777156 on December 19. Despite several calls to customer care of HP, emails and also calls to the engineer referred by the HP customer care department. Till date our complaint not attended, neither they are responding our emails.

We request you to kindly take the necessary steps to rectify our fault as soon as possible.
