Non receipt of free tone

I got my product registered on 15-10. My redemption code is BVP101E2DS. I don't have an internet connection that was the reason I get myself registered late by almost 10 hours. If I knew the procedure before I had not purchased this printer. I will never recommend to anybody. I have alrady registered my complaint (No. CCHSAP174410 & CCHSAP175072) but got no reply. I feel the company is not serious in solving this issue.
