How to transfer gas

Sir,

I stay in joint family. Gas connection is on the name of my father since last 30 years. Last year my father expired due to illness. I would like to know about procedure for transferring the connection on my name. I stay at Nagpur, hence I would like to know the entire procedure about name transfer.
