Non delivery of LPG

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of HP gas bearing consumer no-619691 at Smruti Gas, Bhubaneswar, Tel-(0674) 2533000 & 2596700. On dated 06th Nov'2008 I had booked for reifilling my gas against booking no-2902. But till date I have not received the reifilling.

After repeated call to the agency I am getting the reply that tomorrow your reifill will be sent but there is no result in the end.

I request you to make an official enquiry on this matter as the service of Smruti Gas is not satisfactory at all. As every time there is a delay of 6-7 days for supplying the reifill. Please let me know what is the mimimum period to be taken by the agency to supply the reifill.
