Delay in delivery and rude executives

Dear Sir

We have booked our Cylinder on 5th Feb and delivery time is for 21 days but i did not recieved cylinder till date (3rd March). Everday these ppl are ignoring our call. We came to know that they are into BLACK marketting also. you are requested to please look into this matter. Me and my husband both are working so very difficult to wait for cylinder everyday as per their cummitments.
