I have purchased my notebook in feb and since then my laptop has gone to the service centre 5 times as its HARDDISK has a problem. The HP service centre at A-200 phase-1 Okhla New Delhi has not provided a solution till date neither they have the skilled staff to rectify the problem. I would suggest all the people not to buy HP products as they have very poor customer support centres.
