Hi,
It is very unfortunate that i am writing a complaint to one of my favourite companies.
But i must bring this to your notice that the kind of response i got from your service centers is heart breaking.
I own a nx7300 GM 665 PC, serial no. CNU7191X94. Being a part of the bulk purchase by ICFAI hyderabad, i understand it is not a commercial model. The LCD base cracked and ripped out on basic usage of open and close i was told that many complaints & replacements have been made for this model.
On 28th Feb. i deposited my system (without the hard disk and power cable) for LCD replacement at a HP authorized service center - R.T Outsourcing Services Ltd. at Chandigarh. As the extended warranty lasts in March they accepted it and gave me a time period of 3 to 4 days.

It is 14th march and i am going to Hong Kong in 2 weeks. Everyday i keep getting a message from them saying the part is not available. My query is that its 15 days and how much time does a part take to be shipped even if its at the remote most place?
Kindly look into the matter because the only response i get from the service center is that they are waiting for the part. Please don't change my perception about the Brand you hold, and force me to phase out the idea of buying an HP in future.
