No service by HP

I have purchased a laptop in octfrom HP, pune. At the time of purchase company has given me 3 years warranty. In march a small part of the laptops body has cracked. I have follwed up the company many times but they havenot provided me the solution for the same. Due to this problem the screen has come out from the main body of the laptop. I had followed up them again. Mr. Umesh from Pune service center of the company had come twice and took the snapshot of the laptop in November 08 and March 17. I am following them regularly. But they are not giving me any solution. According to them, this problem can not be solved in the warranty. They are asking money to solve the issue. So please help me out in this matter ASAP.
