Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings.

This is to complain regarding Services Denied by your Authorized Service Center at Kota (Raj.). And we are forced to accept that, NO services are available on HP Printers from company, after Expiry of warranty, in Kota (Rajasthan).

HP Official service center at KOTA M/s. Computer Troubleshooters, Kotri Circle, Kota has refused to give any Services.

Sir, Then where to go for Repairs?

OUR PRODUCT DETAIL IS: hp officejet 5510 series all-in-one Q3435A (Serial No. : MY49BG20F6)

Customer care Toll Free 18004257737 Feels sad of not having any solution for same and advice to move my printer to nearest service center at Jaipur (300 km.) OR get satisfied with Open Market Repairs.

Company is Happy to Sell, without any after sales services. You are left to Dispose off Your Machine to open market repairs OR put it in to the nearest River to get rid of it.

NO ONE SHOULD BUY AN HP PRODUCT IN A CITY LIKE KOTA (RAJASTHAN), INDIA, WHERE COMPANY IS LEAST BOTHERED TO PROVIDE SERVICE, AFTER WARRENTY EXPIRES.

Desperation is what makes me say this, after talking to hp toll free customer care Or wait for 1 year to have a service center shortly in your city.
