Sir i purchased the laptop hp pavilion dv2700 (vista) at srinagar 4 months before but its speed is very very slow and it takes too much time to start.when i open any application it takes too much time to open and becomes inactive.sometimes it becomes inactive for long time and i shut down it improperly at that time.sir nobody is interested to work on my laptop due to is speed.it takes 5-7 minutes to open cd and so on.it also does not support gmail service. its processing is very very slow.please suggest me what can i do.
