Non delivery of ipod

This is with regard to the ipod claim ..FILE NO 121032

...i have send a draft amount 1299 rs for claiming the ipod but since now i hav not recived any ipod .i got the messege from your side regarding that my doccument are under process with the processing no -121032 ..on date 25-08-09

my kind request to you is to kindly look into the matter and and let me know the update
