HP Pavilion dv6710

I have purchased HP Pavilion dv6710 notebook in Oct. Due to some technical problms, the laptop was sent to HP authorised Service centre in Pune (Vintech Electronic Systems Pvt. Ltd) on in Nov.

They told me that problem was faulty DC-BOARD due to which the laptop is not getting charged and they have sent request for the replacement part (DC- Board), within 2-3 days I will receive the part and I can work on my laptop.

But today till 15th Dec.2008 even after a month, I have not received the part (DC BOARD). I am getting same response status as the part is not available.
