HP people are making a fool of their customers. They promise to give assured free gifts with the purchase of their product and the customers follow up with the terms and condititions, but the HP people try to cheat the cunsumers, I have read a number of complaints. So many people are fed up of their customer care yet they do nothing about the same. It is a clear message to all the harassed people/consumers that they should start filing criminal complaint under Section 420 of the IPC as well as civil complaints against the HP people so that they also get tit for tat
