i have bought this notebook from bhopal in the year and during march i have bought a 2year service extension pack from bhopal Hp Notebook service centre, and i have paid for the 2 year service pack but they have only provided me a service pack of one year only and i have complaint don't know many a time to them about this problem but they haven't done anything regarding this,

and i don't know what to do next...
