Not getting gifts under student scheme

I have purchaed hp pavellion note book on 14th july & sending DD of 1000 Rs. on 22nd july but i have not got my gifts (mp 3 player @ carry bag) untill now.my redemption code is R2FS6LW5FK.
many times i have make call to HP REDEMPTION CELL but their answer was not satisfactory.it appears to me they are making execuses.
