Laptop repai

I have given my laptop in the hp service centre first there was manager mr rajan took control of my laptop that it was burnt issue and he told it has to go for approval, it was in warranty when i was given, he told me i will get a call when should i collect it, but he dint turn up to two months one day i called him he told i got a approval and was ready and finally i went to service centre they were telling mr rajan left the job, i dint get any approval they cant do it repair and they r charging me 25000

my laptop is with them from past 3 months so what should do now

now it was out of warranty
