Hp pavillion DV2918TX
Philips 5.1 home theatre system not yet received

Hi,

I have made a purchase of new HP Pavilion dv2918TX laptop on 22 december.

I was told that Phillips 5.1 home theater will be given for free and for handling charges I have to send DD of Rs 1500 to HP Redemption cell. I have already sent all the required documents and I did not receive any confirmation or any communication.

I was given redemption code -M7FDKS01TZ.

Whom should I contact to know the status?? This is really bad on part of HP to do such a worse consumer services.
