On 29/11 I've purchased a laptop,

description- HP Pavillion DV6602AU laptop:

while contacting hp service center on 011-41306700 I was told to collect the parcel (FREE TV TUNER) from 1st flight currier. While contacting this currier service they has told that due to incompete address (specifically- PUNITKUMAR A PILLIN. BHOIWADA, PAREL) they could not find my location & sent back the parcelon on 22/2/08.How could u sent a parcel with such an incomplete format?

I DO EXPECT MY FREE TV TUNER WITHOUGHT ANY FURTHER DELAY.
