Bad quality of product

Heelow Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a laptop from an shopping mall called Croma which is in Bangalore & i have got a problem with your laptop i.e it is not working for an hour correctly. When i want to see any movies on it it will plays about 1.30 hours 7 will turn of automatically by showing a blue screen. So I can;t see the movies also... I have given it to croma shop but they have told that it is notr the computer problem..As i have kept it there about 1 week but the problem didnot solved... So please kindly refer me any service centers near to mangalore which is able to solve my problem... thank you I can't able to give you the full infornmation...
