Water mixed petrol

On 12/06 at about 11:00 hrs I got filled up my Maruti 800 tank with 20.8 litres petrol which costed me Rs 1100.00 (One thousand one hundred) from Rakesh Navneet Pump, Saguna More in front of DAV Public School, Danapur, Patna - 801503. My car broke down after half KM starting from Pump. Soon, I called the mechanic. He shown the water mixed petrol in the carburator. After that I immediately reached the petrol pump and told them about the problem but manager rufused to hear anything and he said that the pump's petrol is all right. It is the problem of vehicle. Then I demanded for the invoice / receipt but he refused to give. After that I came to know next day in news paper that it was a fact. Now, I want the money of petrol and vehicle servicing to be refunded by the pump owner as the petrol was thrown out and mechanic charged me Rs 1500.00 for servicing.
