I can't recieve that free gift yet

my name is uma sankar gutti.i purchaged an hp pavillion laptop.for that i got a free gift of phillips home theatre 5.1 with dvd player.when i enquired about that free gift in hp company they send information about gift like this.

"your free gift phillips home theater sent through overnite courier w.no.800221538 on 20-03-09."

but i cant recieved that yet.plz give information about that.
