No network at all in Jagdalpu

I am a Vodafone customer.

The last two days 111 Customer Care was not existing. "Dailed wrong number... dut dut..."

The whole day today 25.11.09 absolutely no network in Jaddalpur, what so ever.

I have paid 3000 for international roaming deposit. In Delhi they refused to give me back the deposit stating that it will be ajusted against the next bill. NO AJUSTMENT EFTER 7 MONTHS.
