Deffective Printe

After buying your printer model HP k8600 in may it stopped working within four months. From August we had to followup & finally get the printer back in April. Again in August it stops working. Do the replaced parts work only 3 months. Same part (The printer head) is not working. The inbetween period of about 8 to 9 months the printer being under complaint. Now is the warranty valid.

I feel cheated & delivered a deffective printer.

KINDLY GO THROUGH THE cASE HISTORY. - Then decide whether i am wrong or deserve the following.

I would like to have a replacement printer instead of going for reapirs once again & doing a number of rounds of your Service centre Andheri & your parts replacement centre Parel.

Please do not compell me to aproach consumer court.
