It is really pity on my part to run pillar to post to get my laptop repaired. Sometimes it does seem that I have really committed a sin by going for HP. It is really shocking that inspite of my repeated request I am seldom heard. It has been the rude behaviour of the tele-caller from RT Outsourcing Services Ltd; Kolkata, India who always comes out with lame excuses on being asked that when will I get the delivery of my product which has compelled me to approch in this way. The Token Number says 27444 .
Being a businessman myself laptop becomes a necessity for me. It would be really kind enough if I get a hearing for this mail otherwise I would dump it my storeroom and feel cheated.
