In spite of every day, call, email to HP and reply from Hp it is quite surprising my work under warranty is not being solved. It is quite surprising that in spite of the being a two months passed if you cannot solve my warranty issue, I have no options other that taking the issue to consumer forum with H.p.

Further it is quite surprising that no body picks phone at your number, this shows that redington is not at all interested in giving capable services and this matter is very serious. Further when my representative visits he has to sit for more than half an hour after taking the token from your side. Don’t you think it is ridiculous to find out the status in warranty, a person has to sit for half and hour.

If this is knowledge of HP, I would take a oath not to buy any HP products in future and also shall never suggest any body for same.

May it be a request from HP to please reply with a immidate response.
