System Board Faulty, Screen Display OFF

The laptop was initially submitted to HP authorised service station ASHTECH INFOTECH PVT. LTD. on 26 dec. they reported to indent the parts from inside/outside the country and for the same they have never committed us any period when they would resolve, meantime the screen display also stop working completely. The second time i submitted with the same refe. no. but yet not being replied by them for the status of resolution. We expect you to intervene in the matter ask them to resolve at the earliest.
