Supplied Defective Front Lower Door - Crack & Damage

Dear Sir

I am sending this message from Kolkata i purchased a fridge on 26/11 from Capital Electronics VIP, Kolkata - 700 054 shop, cash Tax Invoice no: BAB/1915/08.

The front lower door is found crack in the fridge during supply, we called the local service center, Kolkata- they came and checked the fridge, and they recommended for immediate treplacement, also they explain & committed me within 30 days of time they will replace, as the Company is in Delhi, that's why they need time for 30 days.

Accordingly I waited for 30 days as per their commitment, after that again I cantacted the Supplier M/s Capital Electronics VIP, Kolkta - 54 in continuos & repeated no of phone calls, but they are still laying their eggs in their seat, no action from their end about last Five months.

If this complaint does not work or any action taken at your end within seven days, then I will be compelled to take legal shelter i.e. consumer forum immediatly for necessary relief alongwith necessary compention of time, quality & the interest of investment cost of telephone calls etc. there of as deem fit for the issue.

Hope you will reply atleast for this e-mail as soon as possible.
