Stopping the bus at an highly overprice food joint

I was travelling from Delhi to sarkhaghat the bus was stopped at a dhaba named vasnu bhada before Chandigarh the food thr was pathertic and highly overcharge for example i had aloo ghobi with four small dry chapati and 90 rupees were taken from me i witnessed the dhaba owner giving a small bottle of whiskey and some money the food was over priced by 50% pathetic
