HSBC and TATA AIG
False policy

I was using HSBC cridit card I got a call from TATA Aig and they told me to take one policy from them which i denied they told me that they would be sewnding me the policy details and if I like it then i can take the policy and they would call to take the pemission. I never received any documents and next month they took Rs 712 from my account. After calling them they said they will refund the amount but then they again took Rs 702 from my account. I called them and they again said they will refund the money. It has been 6 months since I hgave been calling them and now they have refunded me Rs 1404. But then the delay caused by them has resulted in some late fine from HSBC on the card. Now neither HSBC nor TATA Aig is refunding the late fine which is close to Rs. 4000.
