Cheating and making fraud

Dear Team,

I am using the Credit card facility rom HSBC bank with the respective cards (4384599989511869 and 4384 59998238 3365) bank is not providing me my statement details and asking me the unnecessary payments. I have at least asked fro 1000 times for the statement. Once the bank made a word to provide me the statement so i made a payment of 25, 000 to both the cards but still the situation is same. They are saying to make the payment again or else they is put my name to defaulters list.

kindly help me in this regard.
