False credit card statement

Dear Sir,

I have not Used the HSBC credit card No.4476 9299 9633 4204 for 2 years and the Card Was also Blocked automatically in August - 08, And Since then I have not received any Communication from Bank But today Suddenly I am Receiving the Credit card Statement showing 4195.67/- as outstanding, It is clearly mentioned this Card is life time free if it the financial charges how can you put charges on life time free card. kindly do not harass me unnecessary. Please rectify your account against this card.
