No Statement sent in 4 months and charged Late fee

Hi, I didnt receive any statement for the last 4-5 months for my amount due, and just last week i got an sms from HSBC to pay off my pending amount and the worst thing is that they have charged me Rs 400 taxes for every month as Late fee...

This is horrifying... Please help me out...
