All my 5cash emi has been converted in to one single loan a/c by bank. it is supurised to note that emi includes interest for 12 months. i was making the payment of all emi without delay for a single day. without my knowledge they convertered my gold credit card to platinum card without my permission. now they are asking me to make single payment of total outstandind without deduction of interest which they have charged for 12 months.

please help me out from their bad attitude.
