Customer no is not updated, wrong person is contacted for credit card due

I am using a my mobile no for the past 3 yrs. I get calls from HSBC for credit card due payment. I dont have any account in HSBC bank. They are asking for a lady named Vimala Rosi (Probably she would have used my no before i got this no). What should be done to stop this? I get frequent calls and messages from HSBC. These banks doesnt update there contact infos of there customer :-(this is really irritating...
