Regarding Money debit from account

Dear Sir

I had used my HSBC credit card on 4 may to withdraw some money (INR 15000) from ICICI bank ATM.at that time i did not received any money from ATM and money had credited from my Account 105654503006.Then i informed to custmorcare person and she assignd a complained number 29053226901.But still i did, nt return back my money. So please do some action regarding this issue.
