Regarding credit card and Personel loan

Dear sir,

I have 2 credit card of hsbc bank. They are not sending credit card statement online properly.in this connection I am not known to exact position of my expenditure. I have also acquire personal loan before some time and a monthly installment being recovered in my account for Rs 4350.00.Regarding personnel loan bank statement shows entry up to march month only. Details of credit card and personnel loan are as mention below.

I am facing lot of difficulty because the bank is not sending credit card statement in time and after that they charged late payment fee. Bank should maintain proper record.
