Getting calls for payment though haven't got any hsbc card

Hello,

I have been constantly getting SMS from HSBC stating "HSBC Pre-Statement atert: Outstanding on your card ****..** on is. Pay full or min amount..by". And the fact is that I never acquired nor applied for any HSBC card (thank God!!!). Earlier I used to ignore the messages and delete them..but now the frequeny of phone calls from their executives "asking for some Naina Matta and telling her to make payment" has increased so much that I literally feel harassed.

I have asked each executive so many times to update their database and verify the customer detail but of NO USE. They don't pay heed to it.

I tried to call HSBC people but their phone-line is always busy and it wastes my time a lot. Please do something about it/ guide me what should I do.
