Home Loan Recovery case

I Have Home Loan A/c no. 136032562220 & 136032562221 with HSBC Bank Indore for 15 years term and Installment is in all most regular upto july month, instead of this Bank wrongly filed RRC case with Tehsidar Mr Satyendra Singh, Indore for Total Loan Recovery sum of Rs. 328000/-. I have visit branch managar (Mr Vivek) Indore (M.P.) regarding this matter and promise in writing to pay whole loan with interest and charges within one year instead of not default in any manner but he was not replied properly. I Also send Email on HSBC Bank Portal for Asking My Account Track Record for further action but he was not provide the same since last 3 days. I am a Reputed person in Indore and engaged in Practice of Income Tax & Vat Tax in Indore and Madhya Pradesh.
