Credit card account not yet closed inspite settlement 2yaers back

Sir/Madam,

i was holding card no.4384 5999 1475 4782, it was closed after settlement for Rs:92, 000. with ref No: FFS/SI/HYD/NW0/171207/AS dated 26 december.

but surpisingly still i am getting statements.

Please look into this asap.

Note: i am attaching relevant docs.
