BALANCE CHARGES

I have saving account with HSBC 051051043006 which is zero balance account.

Suddenly in the april, they deducted balance debit charges of 125.42 without informing me.

when i lodged the complaint, they simply reverted back, by saying it was my fault.

I receive e-statement and they say, that intimation regarding balance maintainence has been sent.

I would like to recover from them the balance charges.
