Uncertain Status of Loan Application

In the previous complaint th company name was wrongly entered as Macmillan India Limited. Actually it is HSBC Bank for personal loan. Please avoid the same complaints posted in the name of Macmillan India Limited.

I have applied for HSBC Personal loan about a fortnight ago through a DST based at Sant Nagar, New Delhi. The address verification has been done by the bank. I was informed that the loan has been approved. Thereafter, I received the calls from the DST (Oasis) thrice and was asked to provide the 6 cheque leafs and to sign the agreement (which they said they are sending, but never came till date). Till date nothing is provided to me, and on contact they are providing confusing and ambiguous information. Please help me to know the status of my application so that I can get out of this darkness of "No Information". It would be great help to me.
