I received credit card from HSBC Bank because ther executive said it is lifetime free but now they are charging for it and sending message to pay it. What does it mean? Why do there executive give wrong information to give credit card to customer? They also don't send any statement and also not response on any complain properly. I don't know what type of people are working in their customer care to provide
