HSBC bank Creddit card
Recovery agent of this bank harassing every day

I had a HSBC credit card which expired on Nov -06. Whatever dues pending till card expiry where paid by me well within time. HSBC irenewed the card even though i was not interested and charged a annual fees. Since i did not want this card I never used this card. But HSBC sarted charging a let fees and interest charges on the annual charge. I never made any purchases on this card. But HSBC continued to charge interest and late charges on annual charges.

Their recovery agents started harassing me sometimes from Delhi and now from Mumbai. Last year they asked me to pay Rs. 350 as settlement and close the issue. Due to repeated phone call from their recovery agent i paid the money to get rid of the same. Now again they have started harassing me. Their Phone no. is 02240908630. They are threatening me also.

Please help me in the same.
